Graham is a founder of the company and its guide for over forty years. He is a graduate of Pembroke College Oxford and completed an MBA at London Business School. He is also deputy chairman of S&U PLC and sits on the board of several charities.

Anthony Coombs - Director

A founder of the company in 1972, Anthony has spent his career in property and financial services. After graduating from Oxford, he worked for Arthur Andersen accountants before focusing on development and consumer finance. He has served as a Councillor on the Birmingham City Council planning committee, and then as a Member of Parliament with a special interest in housing and planning matters.

Andrew Dudden – Land & Development Consultant

Andrew Graduated from Nottingham Polytechnic in 1992 having studied BSc (Hons) Residential Development. Since then he has held various Land Management posts within the Housebuilding Industry.

Andrew comments “ I have always enjoyed the role that land buying offers, from interaction with landowners and agents to pulling together a team to deliver a site for development. The reward of seeing the result of our hard work is the finished project. Buying land is an Art and a Science, the Art is to have the vision for what can be done, and the Science is to deliver it”

Outside of work Andrew is married with a family, he follows football, enjoys cooking, reading and travelling to new places.

Jonathan Bidwell – Senior Site Manager

Born in Warwick, and originally trained as a carpenter, Jonathan brings to Grevayne over forty years of experience in the residential building industry. In a career initially as site manager for Tay Homes and Alfred McAlpine, Jonathan progressed to managing all building contracts for Avoncroft Homes where he focused on high quality building for eighteen years.

A Warwickshire man to his core, Jonathan serves as a local church warden and, through his hobby of wood working, brings the same high standards and passion for detail to his private as he does to his professional life.

Alan Brookes – Company Surveyor

Alan has 40 years of experience in the residential development industry, working on both bespoke, smaller residential projects and larger city based developments.

Pamela Allen – Accounts Manager

Pamela Allen is the Account Manager having joined the company in 2020.

Pam has worked in Accounts for over 25 years including 12 years previous experience within Property Development and the Construction Industry. She is the point of contact for all Accounts matters and assists with the company’s rental portfolio.

Outside of work Pam enjoys travel, walking, netball and socialising with family and friends.

Kate Sears – Property Coordinator

Kate is our Property Coordinator and looks after all our Residential and Commercial tenancies.

Kate has been working within property for over 10 years in both Sales and Lettings so has extensive knowledge & experience in the industry.

Outside of work Kate cares for her young family and enjoys days out and holidays with family and friends.
